Through the eyes of educators, parents, and children, Growing Up Slowly captures the importance of play in raising happy and healthy children.
When is the last time you played?
Growing Up Slowly is a documentary film dedicated to showcasing the value, significance and necessity of play based learning in early childhood development. Our story is told by children - showing them, listening to them and learning from them, as well as the educators and a handful of in-the-know parents that utilize and facilitate play based learning practices. Whether you're a parent, aunt, uncle, educator or simply interested in the subject, YOU have the opportunity to directly or indirectly influence a child's education path. Which course will you take?
